I am a new user of windows7-how do I email from Word

Windows 7 does not come with an e-mail client, you need to download one.
Thunderbird is a free and popular choice and Windows Live Mail is another.

Hi kyrankennedy - As Jonmor68 stated, Windows 7 does not come with a default email program as past versions of Windows did. Instead it's available as a separate (and free) download as part of the Windows Live Essentials package that also include Windows Live Messenger, Photo Gallery, Live Writer and other programs - http://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials?os=other
