3dmark03 prob

I have a powercolor 9700xt 256mb and it crashes
on the the trollcave cpu test - ive reinstalled 3dmark,
using latest catalyst - ive ran it from that test on wards
and no prob, but when i run all the tests - it always locks
up the machine completely on that one -

am over clocking using rage3d - (overdrive crashes
Farcry for some reason)

any ideas ?

asus p4p800-e-deluxe
512mb kingston ram
p4 2.8 - o/c 3.4

Yes try the tests without overlocking ... I am also assuming you are
using a 9800XT not 9700XT?
