Craziest Thing I ever saw.

my friends PC has Outlook blinking on and off her desktop like a Christmas
Tree Light!! She cant access her search or Sytem Restore in any manner, the
page goes to load the hourglass blinks but when it stops the page is blank?
They had viruses and we have run Adaware 1.05, updated def's, spybot, and 2
AV's, I guess the registry is corrupted?? Im not an expert, has anyone seen
anything like this and can offer any help??

First step is to run a one shot virus remover.. I have found that McAfee
Stinger works for people.. download and run it..

Spybot has the ability to immunize a system, but there is better for this
function, so download and run Spyware Blaster too.. again, check for
updates..

Ensure that you have an anti-virus and firewall program running and
updated.. if the versions are old, get new ones..
