Outdoor LCD

Do any of you know of laptop with a good outdoor LCD screen?
I have a Dell Inspiron 7000 with a 15” XGA screen which look beautiful indoors but I can barely see the screen outside on a sunny day. The brightness is up all the way, but it still looks dim. I’m thinking of upgrading laptops anyway, Any suggestions?

just get a few pieces of cardboard, paint them black, and hold them on the sides of the screen
