Could someone please give me a means of changing the 'Date and time' in the
Control Panel, when i try it says that i do not have the correct priviledge
level. I am the only user of this computer and i think the problem may be due
to a virus or hack of some sort but ive been unable to locate a virus which
leads me to the next problem when i try and delete or install a program or
change files the hard drive reverts back to its previous state upon reboot.
PLEASE HELP!!!

it's possible that you are the only user of your PC, And you logged on
using an account that does not have the correct privileges/rights to
perform a date/time change.

check in Local Users and Groups (in Computer Management) and see if the
Administrators Group includes the account you logged in with.
