how to send email using pocket outlook with a doteasy acco..

Hello All

I have a set-up an email account with doteasy and have configured my IPAQ
2210 to receive email but am unable the send. Can anyone tell me how its
done? This is all the information that is given.

Mail Server Type = POP3
Incoming Mail Server (POP3) = mail.mnq.org.uk
Outgoing Mail = mail.mnq.org.uk (you must enable SMTP authentication)
Account Name = userID%mnq.org.uk (userID is the email account user ID)
Password = Your email password
**The "%" character used in the POP account name is NOT a typo**

I think I have tried every possible combination but cant figure it out. I
dont want to use any additional software as an alternative to pocketoutlook
as I have paid for my device and all bundled software so why should I pay
more.
