it opens when i start games (no in all) like oblivion,fallout2 and warcraft 3
i have to start game, it wont start and start again but before it goes to fullscreen i end rundll32.exe

Personally I'd use HiJackThis to determine the cause of the issue. Simply disabling programs from starting up, as the link suggests, isn't necessarily going to solve the problem.

I'll assume that's because you already have a firm understanding of the windows os
I'll assume that not everyone does
I'll guarantee that I'm at least half right

Excessive rundll32.exe processes can indicate a malware issue... scan your system with Malwarebytes. nVidia's software does legitimately use rundll32, but if you notice more than 1 or 2 instances or if you don't have an nVidia card, I'd suspect malware.

Then that is why rundll32.exe is running... because of your nVidia drivers. I'd suggest updating to the latest and if that doesn't work, try using various older ones. Just make sure you clean them out completely before you use a different version.
