Hi, Bought a 4150. Very pleased with it so far except..... Activated MS
Reader(I've checked I've got the latest version) and bought 2 books online.
Moved the books onto my 4150 and keep getting the above error message.
I've been on the MS REader website and followed the instructions for the
2 scenarios they give as examples to fix the error problem (Stopping ME
REader and deleting the *.EBO file or the litpath file) None of them work I
still get the same error message. I've done soft resets as well. I'd
appreciate if anyone could throw some light on this problem.
BTW I also loaded the desktop version of Reader and both books work fine
on that.
TIA
Peter Clarke

You need to download the latest version of MS Reader. The one that comes
pre-installed on the 4150 has been superseded.

Excellent. I had used the "Check to see if you've got the latest version"
option and it told me I did have, but I just followed your advice and
installed the latest version anyway and it works perfectly. Thanks
