windows update error messages

i had to reinstall windows (clean install) but i can not update through
windows update no matter what i do i have searched and done 90% of the
knowlege based articles and still i can not update windows

Also im getting alot of pop ups like "nixad" "antieye" "errorfix"
"updatenow" etc. i have ran spybot windows beta and avg antivirus
does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it

Do you also have your firewall enabled/installed?

No firewall can allow messages through.
Do this immediately and first.
