Window xp media center 05 with sp2

Im planning to remove Security updates on Add/remove. If i remove this
recent Window XP SP2 Security Updates that i downloaded from Windows Update.
Will all the security update be available again on the Windows Update?

Im planning to remove all this security update because im not fully sure if
its really installed on my computer? or does anyone know how i can reinstall
it? because when i installed this following security update i got Window
Media Center 2004 with sp2 installed. then i got the HP media center 2005
upgrade dvd with sp2 on it and installed it, after installing Media Center
2005 i went to add/remove and notice all the software security update was
gone? so i went to window update and check the critical update and it has 7
update availabe but each one has a exclamation icon that has message saying
its already installed on your computer but its not on the add remove, so
decided to install it again but when i did, it didn't download the security
update instead it says intializing...done software installed and check
add/remove and all the security update is there.

Hi

Instead of uninstalling them, I suggest you download and (re-)install
the updates manually.
