HP service event response time

Sent several over the course of a few years at work, where I support PDA's.

Never took more than 1 day.

Call day one - receive box day two and ship unit day two - they receive,
repair and ship on day 3 - I receive on day four and return to my client.
Never had one take longer than this. This is business days of course.

You should call them to follow up - they may have shipped it, and wondering
why you haven't sent it in yet.

Same here. It occured twice, and twice the PDA went back repaired (MB
replaced) 3 days later.
(Note the PDA is not blame. The failure was caused by my car adapter, which
I didn't noticed the first time, that's why I broke the MB a second time
:-(. I then changed the car adapter and all is fine now.)
