That doesn't actually answer my question, but it is good to know that it is a
well known site :-(

Can these sites be taken offline? Or is that too hard?

Unless Microsoft own the host or the Server it is very hard to get a
web page removed.

Download spoofstick from http://www.corestreet.com/spoofstick/
It will work on internet explorer and firefox.

However, you will need to use firefox if you have an operating system
earlier than xp. Spooks Stick won't work on I.E. in windows 98se but
will on firefox.
