How you reverse making a page bigger

Hello,I was moving the curser across the page to the right to scroll up and somehow the page got bigger but I don't want it that way.I want it back to normal but I don't know how to make it back to normal size.Help me please.

P.S.I'm not sure that I'm putting this in the correct area but I hope so.

I don't have Internet Explorer....I have Mozilla Firefox.

Is this how you do it on IE or Ffox ? Just wondering because it was kinda what the first person said and I just wanted to clarify it....thanks.
