Presumably after a Windows Update, computer names are no longer recognized
for remote desktop connections. The IP must be enter instead. It appears
that the Windows Firewall was automatically turned on and we now have no
ability to change anything except not to allow exceptions. The option to
turn On or Off is dimmed out. The dialog displays at the top: "For your
security, some settings are controlled by Group Policy. Computer names were
recognized completely up until this time. No manual setting changes were
made.
