I can't restore a group policy file Registry.pol on a computer I set up. I
left the c: drive open so I could get to c:\windows\system32\grouppolicy\User
folder. I restored the original backup, logged out and restarted and the
policies are still set on the administrator account. I followed the
instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/?id=293655 the default policy
isn't coming back. I even tried another machine and this didn't work. Any
ideas how to fix?

I figured out how to properly set up group policy to a local user without
affecting the administrator.
