hi there,

grant 'users' the necessary access to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Controls
Folder\PowerCfg
