Anyone know how to allow "limited users" to download and run activex
programs (locally) XP SP2?

    Are the ActiveX controls marked as safe?

    If so, you can use Internet Kiosk software to restrict ActiveX to only safe
    controls registered in the kiosk software.

    No they are not marked as safe.
