ATI HDTV Wonder Any Reports?

Looking for video quality reports.

I have the FusionHDTV III Gold right now.

It's really bad as far as sticky, jerky video when watching HDTV content and there is horizontal camera panning going on.

Would switch to the ATI if it's problem free in this regard.

ATI offers a competitive price and a solid software package, but as
ExtremeTech points out, there are a couple of issues that ATI needs to
address.
