Simple question...
IS there any (perferably free) program that allows a user to make a password
on windows - something completely random, and store it on a
disk/memorystick/etc.? Something that will automatically type the password
when I startup, when the media is inserted. Any way of doing this?

Besides the fingerprint readers Gary mentioned, there are USB tokens, that
are exactly what you are asking for:

So I take it that there is no way to do it without a fingerprint reader....no
programs that I can download and pay for.
