I have run both Microsoft's beta Anti-Spyware and Spybots. Microsoft finds
Trojan.Small, Possible Browser Hijacker (www.letgohome?), and Superspider.
Sybots finds Avenue A Inc., and CoolWWWSearh. Both find and say that they
removed such software. But when I reboot the system, the software has not
been removed. Any Suggestions. Thanks

Disable system restore and run your scan in safe mode. After you've scanned
and deleted in safe mode, reboot, and scan again. If the system is clean go
ahead and turn restore back on. If not then take a look through a search
engine for specific removal instructions for the problems by name and follow
those instructions. It's usually just the restore and needing to be done in
safe mode.
