I just installed windows 7 64bit. I installed adobe reader x so that we can view pdfs. The viewer seems to work properly but is giving me an access denied error with one paticular web site. The site is through our bank and is used to manage our credit cards. There is an option to view statements but it pops up with the error message "Adobe pdf Document" "Access Denied". These pdfs are simply for viewing from the web site, i do not have an option to download them. I have right clicked on the reader and granted complete access to the program for all users. I can view other pdfs just fine. Is this a security issue with windows or ie8?

If you right-click a link to view an individual pdf statement and click "Save target as...", you should be able to download it to your computer. In the interest of troubleshooting (if not a permanent workaround), please try this method to download one of the problem pdfs. Then, open the downloaded pdf and let us know if it still gives the same error.
