ARP Cache

When I hit repair it always returns the box and states that it did not clean
ARP Cache, what is the ARP Cache and how do I clean it or whatever you are
supposed to do with it?

go to start there in run and type cmd then you type arp -a which displays arp entries and type arp to display commands.
