Problems after installing XP- SP-2

When I turn on my computer after installing SP-2, the computer would stop at
the SET UP - DEFAULT VALUE page. It does not do it if I do a restart. In
order to continue I have to press the F1, F10 keys and then press " Y " and
enter. I then get the Window XP Screen.
Uninstalling,Msconfig & restore did not help.The computer has been wiped
clean 2 times and reinstalled.I ran a PC Tools program also which cleaned up
somethings but did not help the way it starts. I also put a new video card
and power supply in the computer and changed screens and surge bars just
incase that had something to do with it not starting properly.Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
