Audio Playback Devices

An audio device shows up as working properly in device manager, but not in "Playback devices" Any idea how to add it?

It was there previously, but I attempted to disable/re-enable it to fix another issue, and when I disabled it it disappeared.

u need install / update driver audio

I've ran the update driver, and it says in has the most current driver. It did work with current driver, I just disabled it in the playback devices menu and need to get it to repopulate.
