Why don't you sue the kids parents for not teaching them right from wrong?? I don't have any urge to shoot things after playing Vice city or UT or BF1942 or Empire Earth... I don't know why people still try to blame video games and / or music... If the kids are stupid enough to shoot guns at random, then they should be sent to jail. But that's my opinion...

Agreed. I'm an avid player of CS, don't see me popping anyone. Those kids were just fvcked up, and video games r not the excuse.

Let me make a point that seems so obvious: what the fvck were these kids doing with video games that are rated m for mature (painfully obvious they weren't)? People are so g#$ da#n quick to blame the video game makers when the parents are really to blame. Someone needs to be there to tell these kids it's not real.

Actually, the games are an excuse, but a poor one. And if the punks are telling the truth, the games were the reason they did it, but there had to be a reason that they allowed themselves to do it. It is like peer pressure. Even if all of your friends tell you do pull the trigger, it is still you that pulls the trigger, not them.

1. The lawyer behind this suit has filed many similar lawsuits ($33 M a few years ago being the most notable) and lost. He's a leech.

2. The victims suck balls. They just want money and they know they're not gonna get it out of the kids or their parents, so they're going after the video game company.

Some day I'll be rich and famous for inventing a device that allows you to stab people in the face over the internet.
