I have tried twice to uninstall my current software and install the latest
4.8 drivers and MMC 9.02. I am getting a few error messages and TV will not
work, file player will not work, remote will not work. I think there are
some left over files that are causing the problems? I followed the
instructions on the ATI sight, Does anybody have a better way of getting rid
of all the ATI stuff so i can do a fresh install. Thank you----Lanny.

CATALYST Uninstaller

This tool is used to delete all ATI related files from your system. This
includes ATI CATALYST software suite and any ATI Demos and/or Development
tools (i.e. ATI RenderMonkey)."

Filename: cat-uninstaller.exe
File Size: 300 KB
(Download time approximately 2 minutes at 28.8K.)

On new Catalyst driver there comes "ATI driver uninstall" on Control
Panels Add/ Remove Settings.

How your TV works depends on your DirectX drivers too. If you live on
Europe and use DirectX 9.0a and need to use PAL system the DirectX do
not support it. DirectX 9.0 does but some new games need newest DirectX
version. Now (when I write this) newest version is 9.0c.

I do not have now any TV card on my system and do not know does it
support PAL or not. I am waiting for better digital TV-card and Nebula
cards are most my interest. But they have probs with texting, EPG and
finding all channels, and software are crashing too often..
