Yes try PocketMac Pro (www.pocketmac.net) or Missing Sync for PPC
(www.markspace.com)

Pocketmac allows sync to Mac Office (Entourage) and Apple programs and
Missing Sync to Apple programs. Please note both have some minor bugs
but in general work OK.

I've used both and currently use PocketMac aas it syncs to Entourage (my
prefered PIM program).

I second that opinion. You can see my views on both Missing Sync

PocketMac Pro
(http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/articles.php?action=expand,26293) in
more detail on Pocket PC Thoughts. There are also reviews on Tekguru,
