I deleted my ntsrv.exe file when it was infected by virus and found a
constant msg popup whenever I use Internet Explorer.

Can someone advise on how to solve and what issues this missing file may
lead to?
Will there be any securities risk involved?

Thanks.

It is the infector !

Don't replace it. Remove the the line that calls it !

Good anti malware applications should delete the infector and changes made to the Registry.
That is why one should not just delete file but use anti malware software.

Try MSCONFIG.EXE to find where it gets loaded.
