Taskbar Notification Area Icons for Limited Accounts

How does one disable or prevent a user form using the taskbar notification
area icons in a limited account? Some program icons appear in the
notification area of the taskbar of users with limited account privileges.
This allows limited account users to access these programs which the
administrator may wish only authorized access to. Is there a way to limit or
disallow this usage via the Group Policy editor, the Local Security Policy
Settings, the registry, the System Configuration Utility from the limited
account desktop, or by any other method? This does not refer to hiding
inactive icons. Thanks.

Don't install software for All Users.

Hide the notification area

Yes, Thank You. That is exactly what I need. I had looked at the Group Policy
Editor before, but missed that particular setting. And thanks for pointing me
towards the Jim Boyce website. Very helpfull!
