What's the reason for that? You can just create a new webroot on the large
partition.

HI! Thanks for the response. Do you mean in the IIS property box, by setting
the home page? I was wondering if there would be any good reason to move it
or is it just better to leave it there and just point the home directories
to another home dir?

You need to delete the catalogue from Index Services:
Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management
Expand the tree for "Services and Applications", then expand "Indexing
Service"
Right click on the catalogue (probably named "Web", but may be
different) and choose delete. Make sure you are deleting the correct
catalogue. (Use properties to see the location.)
When you have moved the sites, you must create a new catalogue for the
default site.
