Hi,

I am trying to setup a local home network.

When I define a workgroup : "Familiy Johns" and use the network setting
wizard I get to see my main machine on the network favorite but not my own
machine and not even my own shareable files.

On my main machine, it sees itself and shareable files but not the notebook.

I have a simple router between both and the notebook is using the RF link
and the main machine a cable link to the router.

The Internet acces works fine, both compter can ping the other one.

Any idea of what is the config mess on the notebook?

Thanks.

Is your laptop's network connection firewalled?
