Registry setting to disable System Standby

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin (More info?)

We are using windows XP with Zenworks workstation manager to push out
windows group policies and roaming policies but we can not seem to set
the Power management on laptops for our default student accounts.

Are there regestry settings that can be used to disable the system
standby time and close lid features.
