Back up

Hello,i created a back up and saved it in e disk, but when i moved it from e to c disk, it moved but now my e disk shows 3gb space,but the disk is empty??

Is E another hard drive? Did you refresh the view of it? What do you mean it shows 3gb space? Free space or used?
