Plus! Sync N Go Problems

I'm currently using MS Plus! Sync N Go with my iPaq h1910. I am currently
having problems having Sync N Go synchronize with my PocketPC. I have tried
uninstalling & re-installing Sync N Go on my PocketPC. I have also tried
doing a manual sync with the "start" button. I am currently thinking that
Sync N Go is not finding my PocketPC when ActiveSync finds it.

Can someone please give me some advice as to what to do?

Thank You,

Hi,

Just to make sure we're on the same page. Sync-N-Go establishes sort of a
partnership with memory cards. Does it have any cards in the list to sync
with? If not, make sure that sync-n-go is installed on your Pocket PC.
While your ipaq is docked open syncngo and choose options>Install Sync n
go for pocket PC.

Then go to File>add and see if the wizard picks up your card.

Let me know what you find.

Brad

Brad, thank you for the advice. You were right, SnG did not detect my
storage card correctly.

Thanks again. :)
