I get the following eror when I try and activesync my new HP4155 with my
office outlook 2003. It won'y synce the tasks, contacts, and todo's. It
doesn sync the inbox.

Does anybody know the solution?

Did you try installing another e-mail program in the last few days?

You can try opening MS Outlook, click Help and select Detect and Repair to
see if it helps.

Which did you install first ? Office 2003 or ActiveSync ? AS usually likes
to be installed after Office (even if its a Office Upgrade) I would go to
Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and remove ActiveSync and download the
latest build from Microsoft (version 3.7.1) and try that. For me, that has
always worked.

Hi Chris..

On another site, I found one more trick to correcting the sync problem
on Active Sync.


Try using the "Detect and Repair" feature under the Help menu of
Outlook..

I was having the same problem and this resolved it..
