Hi
I have XDA II and do not have to wait 6 second for call pick up, I'd say at
tops no more than 1/2 sec.
I'm using the standard software (IA caller id) and have only one photo ID
currently being used.
Are you using photo ID as I think it slows down the system.

I have photo ID for some contacts but not all.
The samethings happened when there was no photos in this.
I am facing lots of difficulty because of this.
I hope someone can help solving this problem.
