call pickup difficulty in XDA2

I am having difficulty in picking up incoming calls from my XDA2.
After I pressed call pickup button, it takes minimum 6 seconds to connect
the call.

I want calls to be picked up instantly by pressing the pickup button.

Is there anyone else facing this problem in XDA2 or is there a solution for
this?

I have photo ID for some contacts but not all.
The samethings happened when there was no photos in this.
I am facing lots of difficulty because of this.
I hope someone can help solving this problem.
