    I have a feeling the gov doesn't even need chips to follow people. Just the right metrics and data collecting programs and they could probably tell where you will be next.
  3. No. Don't trust the government. They're too inefficient to track people and lack the ability. If they set out track a single individual, sure. If they were trying to track masses.. heh, good luck.
