I want to know if I create a limited user account in Win XP Pro, and want
that user to restrict C: drive and CD-ROM drive and some other restrictions.
Then how it can be done? Withou implementing the same restrictions on the
administrators' accounts?
If imply a policy it is implemented on all the users!
How it can be implemented on a particular user?

And without using the knowledge for contrubiting something to the world and
generation next, whole knowledge is waste.

You might want to take a look at these two articles:

How to apply local policies to all users except administrators in
a workgroup setting in Windows 2000 (as well as Windows XP)

Group Policy in a workgroup

Keep in mind that this only works for the User Configuration
branch of the Local Group Policy.
