I have a Windows XP Professional 2002 Version Disk that I used on another
computer that is no longer in use. I would like to download it onto my new
computer. Is the key code being registred on that old computer going to cause
me to have to buy another program disk?
Thanks,

Technically - unlikely.
By strict guidelines of the EULA (End-User License Agreement) you agreed to
when you first installed it - possibly.

Is the copy an OEM or RETAIL copy?
