Photo uploaders not loading/installing in XP Home SP2

Hi,

Of late I can no longer upload and install the photo loader programs from
Walmart Photos and/or Ofoto. I used to be able to up until a couple of months
ago, and I can't figure out why I no longer am able to. I'm running XP Home
SP2 with all updates to present, NAV 2001, ZA Pro, plus a number of
anti-spyware soft. Does anyone happen to know/guess what the problem may be?
So far I have tried a number of things, including enabling all ActiveX
controls and in general setting IE security options at the lowest possible
levels. But I'm not sure that's the problem either, because I have tried
installing the uploader in other web browsers and that still didn't work. Any
ideas?
