On FrogPad (www.frogpad, an index-card-size specially arranged keyboard such
that with the fingers of one hand one can type all the characters of the
current Querty keyboard) & its Problem:
How to attach FrogPad (FP) to PDAs so one can stand and type one-handed?

A FrogPad may b just what I need.
Yet there is one big problem: how do I physically attach it to the handheld
different computer?

One of its pluses of handhelds is that one does not HAVE to sit in order to
type. So to stand to type I need to have FP attached to the PDA device.
1 How?
The device may be a PPC or an OQO or a FlipStart . The latter are the two
ultraPCs (5"screen XPs) coming out soon. The OQO's thumb keyboard can slide
under its screen part, but the FS is a clamshell. www.oqo.com;
www.flipstart.com.
2 It was suggested that a (vinyl or leather or ?) JACKET holding the FP and
the PocketPC or OQO or FS be used.
Who makes and sells this?
Is it not tailor made?
Must it use Btooth? Can it use a USB cable? The one frogpad.com sells? how
does that fit in?
OQO (out q3) will hv a digital Pen; FS, not even a stylus, but also a c
phone.
for a fan site on each just add "411" before the .com.

Any other solution?
Twiddler: any problems here? Wish it were btooth.
www.handykey.com One testimonial (www.handykey.com/site/testimonials.html)
for this product, a wearable or 1- handheld few keys keybd: I typed my Phd
diss via this gadget, wow! Stretching, walking, not sitting all the time.
A USB cable connects it to any computer (PDA). You grip it in your hand like
a TV remote with the buttons facing out , toward the computer or away from
u. Hope there is a short & long versn of cable . This wearable
kbd:"Twiddler".
Thanks for ans my q's.

JOE
ps: IS there a Fropad user group?
On KEYBD: most folks canNOT do long-term typing on a thumb keyboard -- that
the OQO & FS plan to have. Their fingers hit wrong keys, get crampd,; try
typing for 2 hrs strait. Young folk, or those w small hands may b
exceptions.
A) how do u get a sligthly bigger keybd attachd is a key q? OQO will hv it
easier tn FS.
