Hello,
I'm using PPC 2003 and I'm trying to install a new
certificate on it. The certificate has an .cer extension
but when I'm open it on PPC "Cannot Access to the
Certificate". Any idea ?

A root certificate or a personal certificate? The latter can
not be installed through File Explorer (see my homepage).

Are you sure this is the exact error message? Because the
syntax does not seem right.
I suspect that your .cer file is not in the correct DER format.
You may need to convert it. Can you import the file on a desktop
Windows PC?
