Hello Yen,
I am assuming you are referring to the excel files that are on your ipaq...
Did you try performing a soft reset? This is known to solve most problems
related to unable to open a particular application to view the associated
file.
* Are these files synchronized from the Desktop?
* Did you make any changes in the file conversion settings of Activesync?
* Are you able to open Pocket Excel files that are created on the ipaq
itself ?
* Is there any error message?

Can you give more details about the files you are trying to open? Where they
originally created on the ppc? Did they used to open? etc.

What versions of Excel were they created with? I don't think Excel 95
files and earlier (XLS 5, 4, 3, 2) are supported. You need Excel
97/2000/2002/2003. I am not sure if Excel files created on the Mac
will work or not. They *should* if they are from Excel 98 or Office
for Mac OSX.
