Car dealership refuses to honour eBay auction...

It's making its way around the internet now. People have spread it from forum to forum and everyone is trying to help this one guy out. Basically he bid and won a Mitsubishi EVO for $26K (selling off the lot for $40K) and now the dealership is refusing to sell it to him.
