Windows Showing ~60GB's used on clean install?

I just installed a clean copy of windows and it's showing me using 60GB's right after the clean install on my SSD RAID0 array. The system I just took those out of let me use the entire 120GB's so I don't think it's bad blocks. I open C:\ and right click and look at usage on all folders (including hidden) and only 15.2GB's used on the entire disk . I don't get it. Any ideas of how to fix this? I want my space back!

Will add more info. Went from Intel 7r to Intel 10r and did clean OS install. Deleted the RAID volume and remade it.

It was reserving paging and hibernation file.
