No. 9800XT has one but not 9800pro.

It's slightly more complicated. The original 9800 Pro has the R350
processor, which does not have a temp diode. Later models have the R360
processor, shared with the 9800XT, and that does have a temp diode. However,
to read it, the card must also have a 9800XT-style PCB, and be flashed with
the 9800XT BIOS.
