Hi there,

Is it possible in Windows XP to lock it, so no user can install another
service pack or Windows version?

Only by use of a BIOS password, or other physical security measures. As long as a person has physical access to the computer, they can do just about anything they want.

You can limit things within Windows, by making users Limited Users, whenever possible.
