Just started with verizon dsl and found that I can no
longer Hot Sync my Handspring Visor to Outlook on my
computer. Message that I receive when I try to open
Outlook is The OUTLLIB.DLL file is linked to missing
export MAP132.DLL:239.

A device attached to system is not functioning

Perhaps you could consider posting this to the comp.sys.palmtops.pilot
newsgroup where users of this handheld can provide better help, since this
group discusses issues related to other types of device, like Pocket PC?

In any case, you might want to start Outlook, click Help, and select Detect
And Repair as a start.
