about the only way I know would be to do a hard reset, to get you back to a
"clean" operating system, then copy some large files into the onboard RAM.
Files like music or photos should do the trick. After you've just about
filled the RAM space, go back and delete each of those files, one by one
until they are cleaned out. That should pretty much randomize the available
RAM space! Another hard reset wouldn't hurt, I suppose......

I meant wiping out "IPAQ File Store".
