I've been using Pinnacle Studio 8 for putting capyure to DVD, ran into
numerous glitches with it, and decided to try Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6
(6.2.0.134). It was included with something on my last build.

I set all the needed parameters, switched it to S-video input, see my
picture fine, then as soon as I hit "capture", it immediately switches back
to TV tuner input and pops up with a message saying that the "input device
may be in use by another device or may not be recognized".

Man, I've hit this thing for two days now. I have double checked every
process I have running, nothing is using that input, checked and double
checked the settings in DVD creator, everything is set correctly, it just
*ain't* working.

Two questions:

(1) Anybody got a clue to what's happening here and how to solve it?

(2) Didn't there use to be a Roxio usenet group or whatver the company was
called before Roxio? I know I had one loaded way back, but I can't find it
now.

TIA
